PokePicks is an affiliate of eBay and TCGPlayer. Our application accesses publicly available eBay listing data to provide search results, price information, and alerts. We do not access or store your eBay account credentials.

Download tokens are time-limited (72 hours) and usage-limited (3 downloads per token) to prevent unauthorized access.

5. The PokePicks Desktop Application
The PokePicks desktop application runs locally on your computer. It does not collect or transmit personal data to our servers during normal use. The app communicates with eBay's public API to retrieve listing data, with TCGPlayer for market pricing, and with our server solely to check for application updates.
